Renovation Management and Services

We provide turnkey services and general handyman service. Many of our clients do not live in where their investment properties are located. In order to maximize the return of investment, HPS uses our inhouse licensed realtor and licensed contractor to help clients to purchase, renovate, lease, manage the property for them. Sometimes our in-house license loan originator will assist our client to secure short term or long-term loan, may it be qualified or non qualified loans. We have done this many times for many clients and all transactions are highly profitable for our clients. For all our turnkey work, we guarantee one year or longer workmanship and 6 months rental incomes. We also provide general handyman work under the supervision of licensed contractors and trade people. Some of the examples are kitchen and bath remodeling, painting, flooring, deck building, drywall installation, fence installation, garage door installation and repair etc.
